STANDARD DELIVERY
We ship all items via United Parcel Service ground. United Parcel requires a street address for delivery. PO boxes are not acceptable.
RUSH DELIVERY
We are able to ship UPS one, two or three day air. Please call for additional charge.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Glass Pheasant will ship free for any order over $150.00, excluding sales tax, within the continental USA. For Alaska and Hawaii, call for additional charges.
We are unable at this time to take international orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please call us and we will arrange for exchange or credit (excluding delivery charges). We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
DAMAGES OR SHIPPING ERRORS
Call us immediately if your shipment arrives damaged or is in error. We will advise you at that time how to proceed to obtain a replacement.
